Domenick D’Angelica


Domenick D’Angelica has 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the personal injury field.  He has tried numerous cases involving serious personal injuries to verdict.  His areas of practice have included a wide variety of matters that include construction site accidents, slip and falls, automobile accidents, elevator accidents, negligent security, excessive force, professional liability, dental and medical malpractice.

Mr. D’Angelica was most recently the Attorney of Record for the New York Liquidation Bureau, having been appointed by Governor David Patterson in 2010 and continued in this role during Governor Andrew Cuomo’s administration.  Before this appointment, he was Of Counsel at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker and a Senior Trial Attorney for two major insurance carriers.  He brings a vast amount of knowledge about personal injury practice and insurance to his cases.

Mr. D’Angelica was born in the Bronx and has resided in New York all his life.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1986 and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1989.  Mr. D’Angelica has raised his children in New York City and is an active member of his community having served as President of his co-op board for more than 10 years and volunteering for a variety of community charities and organizations.
