DANIEL J. SOLINSKY
Dan’s legal career began at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office where he was appointed Assistant District Attorney in 2003. As an A.D.A. in the A34 Trial Bureau, he tried several Felony and Misdemeanor matters including armed robbery cases, firearm possession and assault. After his tenure at the D.A.’s office, Dan was a Court Attorney for the Bronx Supreme Court, Criminal Division under two Administrative Justices. Immediately prior to joining the Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek, Dan served as trial lawyer at two prestigious plaintiff firms.
Dan lectures four times annually for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers on the area of Municipal Liability and co-authors their Municipal Liability materials. Some of Dan’s articles have been published in the New York Law Journal.
